Sitting at the reference desk in front of you is your friendly neighborhood unlibrarian. The shelves behind her contain materials on such esoteric topics as fountain pens, linguistics, squid, World of Warcraft, and your mom. The unlibrarian shoves some papers underneath a paperweight in the shape of a small black swan, then looks up at you and says, "Shhh."
